Certificate III/IV in Individual Support (or equivalent experience)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
National Police Clearance
First Aid & CPR Certificate
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (for community-based roles)

Provide personal care, community access and daily living support to NDIS participants, tailored to each person's plan and preferences.
Provide overnight or active-night support, ensuring participants' safety and comfort while supporting their evening and morning routines.
Assist participants in understanding their NDIS plans and connecting with the right mix of services and supports.
