We started Maitri Services around a simple belief: NDIS support should feel personal, not procedural. Here's our story, our values, and what drives us every day.
Maitri is a word for loving-kindness — genuine friendship and goodwill toward others. It's a small word that carries a big idea, and it's exactly what we wanted this business to stand for.
Maitri Services was founded to offer something different from impersonal, one-size-fits-all disability support: care that starts with a real relationship. As a home-based provider, we're currently completing our NDIS registration, and using this time to build the systems, policies and partnerships that let us support participants properly from our very first day of service.
We believe good support isn't about ticking boxes — it's about showing up consistently, listening carefully, and adjusting as your goals and needs change over time.
To deliver flexible, respectful and genuinely personalised NDIS support that helps participants build independence, confidence and connection — on their own terms.
A community where every NDIS participant has access to support that respects their culture, their choices and their pace — delivered by people who genuinely care.
Every interaction starts with empathy and care.
Honest, transparent and accountable in everything we do.
Support that builds skills and confidence, not dependence.
Your choices, culture and dignity always come first.
Connection and belonging matter as much as care itself.
No two NDIS plans look the same, so no two Maitri Services support arrangements look the same either. We take the time to understand your goals, your routine, your family and your preferences before recommending anything.
Maitri Services is currently completing the NDIS provider registration process. We're using this time to put strong policies, worker screening and quality systems in place, so that when we're registered, we're ready to deliver support to the highest standard. We're happy to talk through exactly what this means for your situation — just get in touch.
